Yes! You can choose:

• Digital (DIY printable templates)

• Unfilled (printed + assembled, but not filled)

• Filled (assembled with snacks, ready to gift)

Each product listing will note what’s included and which options are available.

🔹 What is the minimum order for physical party favors?

Minimum order is 12 per item for all unfilled and filled favors (excluding balloons or extras).

🔹 Can I customize the colors or name on the design?

Yes! Most products include optional personalization. During checkout, you can provide the name, theme, colors, and delivery date using the customization form.

🔹 How many design revisions are included?

Each order includes 1 complimentary revision.
Please review your design carefully — any additional edits after the first revision may require a small fee.

We recommend submitting all customization details clearly during checkout to avoid delays or extra charges.

🔹 What’s the turnaround time for custom orders?

• Digital products: Instant download

• Unfilled/Filled bundles: Please allow 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Rush options may be available — just ask!

🔹 Do you ship or offer delivery?

We currently offer:

• Local pickup or delivery in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

• Shipping available on select items (details in product descriptions)

🔹 Can I resell your digital products?

No. All digital downloads are for personal use only.
Resale, redistribution, or PLR/MRR use is strictly prohibited.
